Coordinates onboarding, training, workshops, intern and shadowing programs, compliance training, learning communications, and L&D reporting. Builds materials, tracks completion and assessment data, maintains LMS content, and supports internal learning communities. The role will progressively expand into original training content, facilitation, and program development. Candidates should be strong writers, organized, proactive, comfortable with AI tools and remote work, and interested in learning and development.

The Content Specialist will develop content strategies, create briefs, support copywriting and SEO optimization, and maintain a content calendar with the team.

The Account Manager will oversee SEO and content projects, analyze digital marketing campaigns, and manage client deliverables while driving growth initiatives.
