Supports graphic design projects across print and digital media, including layouts, branding, typography, web and email design, photography campaigns, and final artwork preparation. Collaborates with art directors and senior staff, incorporates client feedback, maintains brand standards, checks accuracy, and learns creative agency processes.

Processes incoming data, scans forms, enters information into spreadsheets, and prepares production and return-mail reports for clients. Supports gift card fulfillment and inventory management, mail sorting, record retention, and production-helper duties. Maintains accurate paperwork, time records, confidentiality, and compliance with safety, mailing, and company procedures. Assists across departments as needed.

Manages signage, fabric graphics, and grand-format projects from approved estimate through production, permitting, delivery, and installation. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating estimating, design, production, shipping, drivers, installers, and clients, managing storefront sign programs, maintaining project records in Monarch, resolving issues, and supporting client growth. The role also provides informal mentorship and improves internal project-management processes.
