Provide advanced customer support for mid-to-large healthcare practices using Grapevine's procurement SaaS. Become product expert, resolve complex issues, handle onboarding, collaborate with product, sales, operations and design, manage sales orders and inventory, analyze data, and influence the product roadmap.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding for Grapevine's procurement platform, manage multiple high-priority projects, build repeatable data tools/reports in Excel/Sheets, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and produce analyses and playbooks to reduce customer pricing and improve procurement outcomes.
