Grapevine MSP Technology Services is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer - Level 3 to help build, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for supporting Windows Active Directory networks, Office 365 Email, cloud solutions, and backup and disaster recovery processes. They will also manage VMware, storage, databases, and IT tickets. The engineer must have extensive experience in Enterprise or MSP environments and possess deep knowledge of Active Directory setup and migrations, Windows Server administration, and virtual environment setup with VMware.
