Provides technical support for refinery operations through process monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, catalyst management, environmental compliance, and capital project support. Leads process safety activities, hazard reviews, event investigations, commissioning, startups, shutdowns, and turnaround planning. Collaborates with operations personnel, vendors, contractors, licensors, and engineering teams to improve safe, reliable, and efficient unit performance. Supports process modifications, equipment inspections, technical reporting, and after-hours operational response.

Plans and schedules refinery turnarounds, catalyst change outages, tank maintenance, and special projects using Primavera P6. Develops work breakdown structures, resource- and cost-loaded schedules, baselines, forecasts, and variance analyses. Coordinates scope development, regulatory inspections, procurement, quality requirements, field updates, and additional work requests across multidisciplinary teams. Supports schedule recovery, continuous improvement, and safe, compliant outage execution. Requires substantial refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience and the ability to work in physically demanding plant environments.
