Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise SDLC and DevSecOps platforms. Own toolchains (GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, IaC), build reusable AI libraries, embed security/compliance, enable teams via documentation and training, track KPIs, and mentor platform engineering staff.

Develop and implement real-time automation controls and industrial information solutions from plant-floor systems to enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, SCADA, networking, database, and vision-system design; programming, debugging, testing, documentation, commissioning at client sites, process improvement, problem-solving, technology learning, and mentoring. The role requires engineering education, strong communication, a driver’s license, personal vehicle access, and travel throughout the USA and Canada.

Delivers technical implementations for MES/MOM, Industrial DataOps, Unified Namespace, and digital transformation solutions. Designs architectures, configures and develops Ignition and Sepasoft modules, builds integrations with enterprise and shop-floor systems, and performs Python and SQL scripting. Leads testing, documentation, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Manages technical projects under $100K, supports pre-sales activities, collaborates with offshore teams, mentors junior consultants, and develops reusable technical assets.
