Develop and commission real-time industrial automation and information solutions across PLC/PAC, SCADA/HMI, networking, MES, databases, motion, vision, and safety systems. Responsibilities include system architecture, programming, debugging, testing, technical documentation, client-site commissioning, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and coordination across multiple projects. The role requires collaboration with remote teams, client support, continuous learning, and occasional mentoring. Travel to client sites is expected for commissioning and support activities.

Manage projects from initiation through closure using Grantek’s project management methodology. Lead and mentor project teams, monitor budgets, timelines, performance metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction, and ensure successful project delivery. The role also includes conducting project reviews, resolving organizational obstacles, supporting team development, and promoting a positive work environment. Travel up to 30% across North America and occasional overtime or non-business-hours work may be required.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities across the West Coast. Build client relationships, conduct market research and outreach, manage proposals and RFPs, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with district leaders and existing clients to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention. The role requires leadership, strong communication, analytical judgment, and travel of up to 50% across North America.
