Own the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects: identify opportunities, develop proposals, manage schedules/budgets, contribute hands-on to PlantPAx/Studio 5000 development, configure HMI/SCADA, commission systems on site, and maintain client relationships to secure follow-on work.

Design, program, test and commission real-time industrial automation systems from PLC/HMI/SCADA to MES and enterprise connectors. Develop documentation, troubleshoot onsite, mentor colleagues, and implement network, motion, vision, and database solutions.

Lead multidisciplinary project teams through sales, execution, and delivery. Oversee project financials and P&L, drive customer relationships, support proposals and business growth, mentor staff, and promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
