Support tax consulting and return preparation by conducting tax research, preparing workpapers, reviewing data, responding to taxing authority inquiries, collaborating on client engagements, and assisting senior staff while developing professional skills and attending team and community activities.

Prepare tax returns, research and resolve tax issues, support tax planning, and maintain digital work papers for corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and nonprofits. Respond to tax authorities, collaborate with senior professionals and clients, review work completed by colleagues, train junior staff, and manage assigned projects. The role covers federal, state and local, international, and private wealth tax services, with client-site travel and hybrid office attendance.

Supports consulting, IT audit, SOC, sustainability, ESG, and employee benefit plan engagements. Responsibilities include assessing risks and controls, testing business and technology controls, analyzing data, collecting evidence, preparing workpapers and reports, and assisting with client communications. Interns use data analytics and AI-enabled tools, collaborate across service lines, manage multiple assignments, and contribute to assurance recommendations, compliance assessments, and emerging risk initiatives.
