Leads consulting teams, mentors staff, manages project financials and client expectations, develops relationships, supports proposals and business development, and advises technical and executive stakeholders.

Plans, executes, and completes financial statement audits while managing budgets and client relationships. Researches accounting and auditing matters, documents conclusions, communicates regulatory developments, and designs procedures using audit technology. Supervises and trains associates and interns, manages competing priorities, supports financial reporting improvements, and represents the firm at recruiting and networking events. The role requires hybrid attendance in Denver and travel up to 25%.

Leads Grant Thornton’s enterprise value creation capability across acquisitions, regions, and functions. Translates investment theses and transformation opportunities into measurable value creation plans, governs synergy tracking and savings validation, and oversees monthly P&L accountability. Partners with Finance, Corporate Development, and Integration Management to realize cost, revenue, process, and operating model improvements. Provides executive reporting to senior leadership and sponsors while institutionalizing repeatable governance, business case, dashboard, and value realization practices.
