Manage a complex corporate tax client portfolio, overseeing delivery, technical quality, risk, budgets, billing, and profitability. Lead client relationships, resolve UK and international tax issues, support business development, and coordinate cross-border services. Manage, coach, and develop team members while contributing to the growth of the wider tax practice and international network.

Supports consulting engagements focused on organizational and technology-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption planning, governance, risk tracking, client relationship management, and producing project deliverables. The role also contributes to proposals, methodology development, knowledge sharing, and practice initiatives.

Supports SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST, and other assurance engagements by assessing business processes and information technology controls. Interns help plan engagements, identify risks and control gaps, test controls, analyze compliance, document results, draft client deliverables, participate in status updates, and develop client relationships. The role includes learning new technologies, managing multiple projects, supporting business development, and contributing to marketing and thought leadership activities.
