Manage a book of enterprise and high-potential SaaS accounts end-to-end: run high-touch onboarding, drive adoption, own renewals and expansion, lead AI integration/setup, design workflows and change management, and shape CS playbooks while collaborating with Sales and Product.

As an AI Engineer, you'll develop LLM-based user-centric products, creating frameworks, optimizing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

The Account Executive will build a high-velocity sales motion, managing numerous inbound opportunities, converting free users to paid accounts, and generating sales pipelines through outbound efforts. They will test messaging and partner with product teams to enhance sales strategies.
