Own day-to-day people operations including contracts, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee check-ins. Drive operational projects involving certifications, data mapping, procurement, and expense policies. Improve workflows through automation and integrations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide broader operational support while developing scalable people programs.

Own Granola’s growth experimentation cycle, from identifying funnel opportunities through shipping, measurement, and iteration. Build activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows; develop A/B testing, attribution, and analytics infrastructure; and translate user behavior into product and engineering improvements. Partner across product, marketing, and data to establish meaningful metrics, improve conversion and retention, and create scalable product-led growth loops.

Manage a book of enterprise and high-potential SaaS accounts end-to-end: run high-touch onboarding, drive adoption, own renewals and expansion, lead AI integration/setup, design workflows and change management, and shape CS playbooks while collaborating with Sales and Product.
