Own Granola’s San Francisco community and event strategy, from developing ideas and curating guests to managing speakers, partners, logistics, communications, and event marketing. Build relationships with Bay Area founders, accelerators, and venture capital firms, support product launches, and establish Granola as a leading technology events brand in San Francisco.

Own and evolve Granola’s go-to-market systems supporting Sales and Customer Success. Design CRM architecture, build integrations across Attio and other tools, manage vendors, improve automation and AI workflows, and establish reliable governance, documentation, access, and security practices. The role combines hands-on implementation with systems strategy, build-versus-buy decisions, and close collaboration with Sales, CS, Data, and IT.

Own and grow a portfolio of affiliate, influencer, creator, and publisher partnerships. Manage newsletter sponsorships end to end, source and onboard creators, develop collaboration briefs, run YouTube campaigns, negotiate deals, track performance, and support brand growth and user acquisition. The role also involves reviewing creative assets, ensuring brand safety, measuring channel impact, and building scalable systems for managing numerous partners and campaigns.
