Manage premier Fortune 500 customer accounts, provide 24/7 support, conduct weekly account meetings, document minutes, follow up on action items, and coordinate issues involving phone lines, outages, billing, and reporting. The role requires direct communication with customers, sales teams, and internal staff while delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Leads telecommunications field operations, including infrastructure installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer service delivery. Manages and develops technician workforces across multiple locations, establishes productivity and accountability standards, monitors operational KPIs, resolves escalated customer issues, manages budgets and staffing, and drives safety, service quality, and continuous improvement. Oversees fiber, broadband, wireless, and enterprise telecommunications activities.

Leads capture strategies for federal civilian, DoD, and commercial opportunities from identification through contract award. Develops capture plans, win strategies, opportunity roadmaps, competitive assessments, and market research. Coordinates sales, technical, pricing, contracts, proposal, and executive stakeholders; supports proposal content development; tracks milestones, risks, and forecasts; presents updates to leadership; and maintains CRM opportunity data.
