Program and optimize Mastercam toolpaths for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn equipment. Set up and prove out programs, select tooling and fixtures, troubleshoot complex machining operations, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and maintain documentation. The role supports tight-tolerance, high-mix military manufacturing, collaborates with engineering and quality teams, improves cycle times, and ensures compliance, safety, precision, and repeatability.

Supports daily HR operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, workforce planning, and succession planning. Advises managers, maintains HR records and policies, analyzes workforce data, manages HRIS workflows, investigates workplace incidents, and supports employee engagement and organizational development while ensuring compliance with employment laws and export-control requirements.

Leads daily Mill and Lathe machining operations, supervising production personnel and coordinating workflow, labor, machine loading, quality, safety, and delivery. Drives performance improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, root cause analysis, setup reduction, standard work, and visual management. Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve constraints, meet customer requirements, and produce tight-tolerance components in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Leads quality assurance strategy for precision defense manufacturing, including inspection planning, CMM routines, contract compliance, audits, FAI, process validation, nonconformance investigations, RCCA/CAPA, MRB support, and final documentation approval. Reviews blueprints and specifications, analyzes quality metrics, drives continuous improvement, mentors inspection staff, and serves as a technical liaison across quality, manufacturing, engineering, program teams, customers, and management.

Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and ProtoTRAK machines to produce large, close-tolerance components. Interpret drawings and GD&T, select tooling and workholding, perform machining and inspections, adjust offsets, and develop conversational programs. Safely handle heavy workpieces, complete production documentation, troubleshoot machining issues, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, welding, and engineering teams in a defense-focused, high-mix environment.

The Manufacturing Planner prepares and monitors production schedules, liaises with teams, ensures timely delivery, and analyzes key production data.

The CNC Machinist sets up and operates CNC and manual machines to produce precise components, interpreting blueprints and managing machining processes effectively.

Coordinate and control production flow, ensuring schedule adherence and compliance with ITAR/DFARS and quality standards. Liaise between engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and planning to manage work jackets, ECOs/ECNs, material availability, outside processing, and production data. Participate in S&OP and continuous improvement, drive corrective actions, eliminate bottlenecks, and perform dispatch duties as needed.

Lead production planning, master scheduling, S&OP, and digital manufacturing initiatives using ERP, APS, MES, Foundry, and AI/ML. Own MPS, capacity modeling, KPI reporting, and drive forecasting, throughput, schedule adherence, and continuous improvement while managing and developing the planning team and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
