Manages commercial landscaping client relationships, service quality, retention, contract renewals, proposals, estimates, and profitability. Coordinates clients with production teams to resolve delivery issues and identify property enhancements. Develops new business by prospecting, cultivating customer relationships, and leading networking activities. The role is based at branches in Fairfax or Sterling, Virginia, with opportunities for bonuses, advancement, and benefits.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including traditional and two-wire systems, controllers, wiring, and valves. Lead irrigation crews, coordinate schedules, track timesheets and materials in Aspire, communicate with managers and clients, and help control labor and material budgets. The role requires physical fieldwork in varied weather and environmental conditions, safe work practices, a driver’s license, and leadership experience for the foreman position.

Serves as the branch financial partner to the General Manager. Responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, payroll review, purchasing, vendor invoice management, collections, cash posting, scheduled invoicing, month-end close, and administrative support through Aspire. The role also trains production staff on systems, assists with estimating and sales administration, and ensures accurate, timely financial transactions. Spanish and English fluency is helpful but not required.
