Supports construction engineering and project controls by interpreting drawings, resolving field conflicts, preparing documentation, managing material and schedule information, developing estimates and quantity take-offs, and ensuring work meets specifications, codes, budgets, and safety standards. The role interfaces with field teams, project management, clients, and craft workers, and may supervise project staff. Construction estimating, engineering, or field support experience is required.

Directs complex heavy civil construction projects valued at $50–$100 million, overseeing budgets, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, staffing, safety, client relationships, project controls, and profitability. Leads teams of up to 10 employees and coordinates estimators, construction managers, superintendents, subcontractors, agencies, and owners. Ensures successful project startup, accurate reporting, efficient execution, and compliance with corporate safety initiatives.

Installs, connects, repairs, and constructs underground pipe systems for storm drains, sanitary sewers, water, and dry utilities. Duties include digging and grading trenches, locating utilities, cutting and aligning pipe, sealing or welding joints, and assembling trench protection systems. The role requires safe work around heavy equipment, all-weather conditions, confined spaces, and physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
