Supports business development and regional leadership by coordinating client meetings, networking events, conferences, sponsorships, CRM updates, follow-ups, market research, and client materials. Builds relationships with customers, partners, and community organizations while partnering with marketing and project teams. Also helps maintain an organized, welcoming office environment and coordinates meetings, visitors, training, events, and special initiatives.

Provides executive support to the VP of Marketing and EVP of Sales & Business Development by managing calendars, travel, correspondence, meetings, reports, communications, events, and administrative logistics. The role anticipates executive needs, coordinates priorities, supports marketing and social media initiatives, assists with company events, and collaborates on office operations. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Supports learning and development, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, employee communications, and HR improvement projects. Responsibilities include creating training resources and videos, maintaining content libraries, developing career-path materials, preparing performance reports, producing newsletters and graphics, documenting processes, and assisting with audits. The intern collaborates with organizational leaders and contributes to projects improving employee growth and engagement.
