Our vision at the Grand Traverse Pie Company is to spread our love for pie throughout everything that we make and do. We call it “Warming Hearts and Community through Pie." We started in Traverse City, Michigan in 1996. There are now 15 Grand Traverse Pie shops across Michigan and Indiana. Whether a franchise shop or a company-owned shop, each GT Pie shop bakes pie every day with the same passion that we started with in 1996. We have evolved into a family of bakery cafés, where we offer gourmet soups, sandwiches, salads, pot pies, pasties, quiche, espresso, and of course over 40 varieties of pie.
