Oversee casino financial operations, including revenue audits, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, procurement, inventory, and shipping and receiving. Lead budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, audits, process improvements, and finance and procurement teams. Ensure compliance with GAAP, Title 31, NIGC, MICS, and tribal gaming regulations while supporting accurate and efficient operations.

Protect casino guests, employees, and assets through patrols, surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, escorts, dispatch duties, and basic emergency response (first aid, firefighting). Maintain communication with staff and law enforcement, enforce policies, and complete required licensing and screenings.

Coordinate and promote interactive bar activities, scheduled events, and VIP functions at casino venues. Manage stage line-ups, contracts, day-of logistics, talent travel and accommodations, maintain stage equipment, analyze venue data to improve services, and handle guest relations and service recovery.
