Manage the Manhattan territory to generate inquiries and enrollments for online programs. Build partnerships, deliver presentations, counsel prospective students, execute outreach (calls, emails, events), and meet ambitious targets. Role is remote with extensive local travel and in-person new-hire training in Phoenix.

Supervise NOC staff and oversee monitoring, deployment, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident management for LAN and WAN infrastructure. Manage network changes, backups, disaster recovery, inventory, lifecycle planning, vendors, budgets, metrics, compliance, and process improvements. Lead staffing, training, performance development, and customer service while supporting shift, weekend, and holiday operations.
