Manages hotel front office operations, including front desk, reservations, guest services, concierge functions, night audit, billing, cash handling, deposits, bookkeeping, reporting, and online booking systems. Supervises, recruits, trains, and schedules front office staff; coordinates rate management and collections; ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel procedures. Serves as Manager on Duty and covers front desk shifts as needed.
