Teams at Granbury Care Center

Lead nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, implement resident care plans, transcribe physician orders, document care, complete assessments, coordinate shift reports, educate support staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and arrange replacement staff during shortages. The role provides direct resident care in a nursing environment and requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.
