Provide clinical leadership on shift as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): supervise nurse aides, administer medications, perform treatments, transcribe orders, document resident care, implement care plans, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and arrange replacement staffing as needed.

Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering carts, prepare and serve meals per recipes, manage and rotate supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain cleanliness while supporting resident satisfaction and food safety.

Support financial and administrative operations for a long-term care facility: assist accounts receivable, billing, Medicare and insurance claims processing, manage resident trust funds, maintain accurate documentation and census in PCC, communicate with residents and stakeholders, train backups, and support admissions financial verification.
