Teams at Grain & Protein Technologies

Designs and configures protein equipment product variations, creates 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials, and develops repeatable design procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on customer requirements, cost targets, manufacturability, testing, safety, and product robustness. Supports manufacturing and quality activities, new product introduction, continuous improvement, and field issue resolution. The role requires mechanical engineering expertise, Creo and Windchill proficiency, and experience taking products from concept through production release.

Drives revenue growth across farm and commercial grain markets by identifying and converting new dealer and customer opportunities. Builds pipelines, expands market coverage, recruits dealers, increases account penetration, and supports cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales Managers, and District Sales Managers to execute go-to-market strategies, monitor market intelligence, and deliver regional growth. This remote, field-based role requires substantial travel.

Own the full lifecycle of grain and protein products across North American markets, from ideation and specifications through launch and obsolescence. Develop product vision, roadmaps, positioning, and competitive intelligence while translating customer and business needs into actionable strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, marketing, sales, customers, and dealers. Manage product development projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables using the New Product Introduction Process.
