Manage a mid-tier portfolio to drive retention and revenue growth through strategic account planning, renewals, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and proactive relationship management. Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams, monitor account health using CRM/LMS and survey data, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reporting and engagement plans to optimize customer satisfaction and forecast accuracy.

Design, develop, maintain, and support complex software applications. Lead architecture decisions, manage releases, ensure test coverage, provide production support, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve security and performance.

Develop and edit practice and exam-style questions and study materials for FE/PE/SE exams across engineering disciplines. Perform technical and quality reviews, correct errata, contribute study plans, and communicate with Kaplan teams and contractors to meet project deadlines.
