Leads the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized initiatives, managing the strategic portfolio, aligning executive stakeholders, resolving tradeoffs, and driving organizational change and adoption. The role oversees sequencing, resources, governance, execution outcomes, communications, and team development while partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.

Leads execution of enterprise, internal, external, and change communications. Owns newsletters, All Hands messaging, organizational announcements, campaigns, leadership materials, FAQs, toolkits, videos, and other content. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to support transformations, technology implementations, and strategic initiatives. Manages communication workflows, stakeholder approvals, calendars, channels, and measurement while using AI and automation to improve effectiveness. Develops leader communication resources and supports broader strategic communications growth.

Verifies patient insurance benefits, eligibility, deductibles, copays, and liability; obtains initial and ongoing authorizations; documents payer information in the EMR; monitors authorization and insurance workflows; resolves coverage discrepancies; communicates with insurers, patients, hospitals, physician offices, clinical staff, scheduling, and billing; and supports accurate funding-source updates and claim submission.
