The Observability Architect serves as a technical point of contact, guiding customer success through observability solution design and implementation, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.

Partner with Sales to lead technical engagements, deliver demos and presentations, qualify and close complex opportunities, provide customer feedback to product teams, and create enablement content (docs, blogs, videos) to drive customer success with Grafana observability products.

Engage with customers to drive technical solutions, deliver presentations, and enhance product offerings while collaborating with Sales and Product Management teams. Requires strong technical pre-sales experience and communication skills.
