Supports clinical department leadership by ensuring timecard accuracy and serving as the subject matter expert for the organization’s timekeeping and scheduling platform. Partners with departments to maintain reliable workforce scheduling and timekeeping processes while promoting collaboration, accountability, quality, and employee support.

Coordinates care for patients undergoing operating room and clinic-based procedures. Serves as the primary contact for scheduling, administrative, and customer service needs; liaises with patients, families, and multidisciplinary administrative and clinical teams; and supports accurate, organized coordination to improve the patient experience.

Develops and supports business intelligence reports, dashboards, datasets, and data structures throughout their lifecycle. Gathers requirements, designs and validates BI solutions, writes and modifies reports, conducts code reviews, resolves reporting issues, and collaborates with application analysts and end users on Epic implementation projects. The role also supports data distribution, documentation, team knowledge sharing, training, and visualization strategies for operational and clinical decision-making.
