Supervises outpatient coding staff and oversees daily coding workflows, productivity, quality, billing timeliness, and resource allocation. Reviews records using Epic and 3M coding applications, coordinates assignments, monitors performance, maintains quality records, supports evaluations and attendance review, develops coding policies, provides staff education, analyzes reports, and assists with coding coverage and issue resolution.

Supports clinical department leadership by ensuring timecard accuracy and serving as the subject matter expert for the organization’s timekeeping and scheduling platform. Partners with departments to maintain reliable workforce scheduling and timekeeping processes while promoting collaboration, accountability, quality, and employee support.

A 24-month, full-time healthcare administrative fellowship for recent master’s graduates. Fellows rotate through hospital operations, finance, strategy, community health, and organizational excellence while supporting analysis, project management, performance improvement, and change management. They lead strategic cross-functional projects, develop executive presentations and dashboards, receive mentorship, participate in leadership activities, and complete a capstone project addressing an organizational priority.
