Leads multi-site healthcare logistics and inventory operations, including transportation, receiving, distribution, linen services, courier vendors, inventory controls, and emergency supply management. Develops supply chain strategies, manages operational teams, establishes staffing and performance standards, coordinates with clinical and executive stakeholders, and drives cost reduction and continuous improvement. Oversees technology-enabled materials management, inventory accuracy, training, compliance, and service quality across Grady Health System facilities.

Designs and delivers virtual, in-person, eLearning, blended, and leadership development programs. Applies instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technologies to create effective learning experiences. Collaborates with HR partners, subject matter experts, facilitators, and senior leaders; oversees complex cross-functional projects; facilitates learning sessions; mentors learning professionals; and advances talent development strategy and innovation.

Leads the strategy, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain management information systems and analytics. Oversees process improvement, workflow design, savings opportunities, replenishment processes, costing, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, and IT. Manages and develops the team while serving as a strategic consultant and primary liaison with business and technology stakeholders.
