Join as a founding engineer (Mechanical, ML, or Software) to design and ship hardware, models, and low-latency software to real robots daily. Make long-lasting design decisions, iterate rapidly, and deploy production systems across the full robotics stack.

Own end-to-end mechanical design for data-center and factory robots: define payload/kinematics, design precision mechanisms and structures, run multi-physics/FEA analysis, prototype and iterate hardware, and collaborate with electrical, software, and ML teams to produce manufacturable, reliable robots.

Build and ship performance-critical, low-latency software that interfaces with robot hardware. Own end-to-end data and inference pipelines, optimize latency and determinism, and work across kernel/firmware to autonomy stack with real robots.

Train, fine-tune, and deploy vision-language-action and robot manipulation models across the full pipeline. Handle data curation, pre-training and fine-tuning, sim-to-real distillation, debugging, evaluation, and iterative autonomous improvement on physical robots.
