Graco Benefits Overview

Leads corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, investment analysis, reporting, cost savings, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Partners with corporate functions to develop strategy, track performance metrics, manage expenditures, and improve returns on investments. Oversees a finance team, manages the finance budget, mentors employees, and influences cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Design and model mechanical systems, components, automation equipment, test benches, and machines using Creo or SolidWorks. Perform FEA and CFD analysis, select materials and manufacturing processes, optimize designs for manufacturability, conduct prototype testing, and prepare technical documentation. Lead design reviews, collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams, manage project priorities, and drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, reliability, timeline, and budget requirements.

Supports the Search Optimization and Digital Content team through digital content drafting, web and email formatting, keyword research, paid media targeting, SEO audits, content entry, and recommendations to increase website traffic. The intern will present project findings to executive leadership and develop foundational skills in digital marketing, content strategy, and communications.
