Leads centralized referrals and medical records departments, supervising staff, managing workflows, authorizations, records compliance, KPIs, budgets, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinates with providers, payers, leadership, revenue cycle, quality, compliance, and IS to reduce delays, close referral loops, improve specialty access, and support audits. Oversees Epic, referral tools, managed care portals, and LANES.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for frontline, clinical support, and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate recommendations, offer coordination, background checks, credentialing, and onboarding support. Partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant tracking records, ensures compliance with employment laws, and delivers a responsive candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions.

Leads strategic, operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory performance for in-house pharmacies and Clinical Pharmacy services. Supervises pharmacy leaders and clinical pharmacists, oversees 340B compliance, medication safety, quality, budgets, inventory, reimbursement, and financial results. Ensures compliance with California pharmacy laws, DEA, HRSA/BPHC, and related requirements. Develops pharmacy programs, improves patient access and outcomes, grows prescription capture and revenue, and collaborates with clinical, finance, compliance, quality, IT, and operational teams.
