Teams at Gracelight Community Health

Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge overseeing pharmacy operations at a community health center: supervise staff, ensure regulatory and 340B compliance, manage inventory and budgets, coordinate with clinical teams, perform dispensing and billing oversight, lead quality assurance and training.

Provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat eye diseases and vision conditions, prescribe corrective lenses and medications, document care in the EHR, supervise optical staff, and comply with California optometry laws and organizational policies.

Coordinate and analyze quality improvement projects across clinical and operational settings. Ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, DHCS, and health plan mandates. Prepare Quality Committee materials, assist with grievances and audits, develop measurement tools, report findings, train staff, and support certifications (PCMH) to improve HEDIS/STARs/IHA AMP scores.
