Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, workplace investigations, training, leave administration, workers’ compensation, accommodations, and return-to-work processes. Maintain HRIS and employee records, advise employees and managers on policies and performance matters, and support a respectful workplace. The role requires independent judgment, confidentiality, California employment law knowledge, and onsite work in Los Angeles with travel to health centers as needed.
