Teams at Gracelight Community Health

Assists community members and patients with eligibility, enrollment, and renewal for Medi-Cal, Covered California, and other health coverage programs. Provides benefits education, application support, issue resolution, appeals assistance, referrals, and outreach through phone, in-person visits, health fairs, and community events. Processes applications using enrollment platforms, maintains certification, tracks applications, completes reports, supports MyChart registration, and connects families with healthcare and community resources.

Directs corporate compliance and risk management across community health center sites and administrative operations. Oversees HIPAA privacy support, HRSA compliance, credentialing and privileging, investigations, incident reporting, exclusion screening, policy management, compliance training, insurance and liability matters, audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk assessments. Prepares reports for executive leadership and the Board Audit Committee and regularly travels to organizational locations.

Leads centralized referrals and medical records departments, supervising staff, managing workflows, authorizations, records compliance, KPIs, budgets, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinates with providers, payers, leadership, revenue cycle, quality, compliance, and IS to reduce delays, close referral loops, improve specialty access, and support audits. Oversees Epic, referral tools, managed care portals, and LANES.
