Lead a division's operations by aligning people, processes, and performance across sales, manufacturing, dispatch, and customer service. Improve workflows, develop teams, support dealer partnerships, drive customer experience, and implement continuous improvement to ensure efficient order execution and delivery.

Lead internal operations across dealer and customer channels, manage dealer onboarding/training, oversee order lifecycle (underwriting, manufacturing, delivery), supervise sales support, dispatch, and customer service teams, liaise with regional sales and plant teams, develop operational strategy, and report on performance metrics.

Manage regional dealer and customer relationships, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Train and support dealers, coordinate sales, plant, and delivery teams, resolve day-to-day issues, oversee a small sales support/dispatch/customer service team, and track performance while driving process improvements.
