The APRN/PA-C is responsible for patient care planning, diagnostic testing, emergency treatment, and ensuring compliance with health policies.

Coordinate and complete specialty and diagnostic referrals: verify insurance and prior authorizations, assemble and send paperwork, document referrals and outcomes in NextGen EMR, perform patient outreach for non-compliance, and maintain communication with providers, specialists, and leadership.
