Conduct comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychosocial assessments via telehealth for individuals and families. Formulate diagnoses and treatment recommendations using DSM-5 criteria, complete timely clinical documentation, coordinate with care providers, and maintain ethical, legal, regulatory, and licensure compliance. The role requires an advanced counseling or social work degree, active or eligible South Carolina licensure, assessment experience, strong communication skills, and reliable access to secure telehealth and electronic record systems.
