Provide perioperative cardiovascular surgical support: prepare OR, maintain sterile field, manage specialized instruments/equipment, scrub and circulate, collaborate with surgeons and nurses, follow aseptic and safety protocols, handle specimens, be on-call as scheduled for vascular and heart cases.

Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room, uphold sterile technique, and manage specialized instruments and equipment. Collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure patient safety and surgical efficiency. Maintain radiation and sharps safety, perform universal time-out protocol, work on call, and document care in EPIC EMR.

Provide advanced technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students; log and resolve tickets via ServiceNow; install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications; coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams; document troubleshooting steps and escalate as needed while delivering high-quality customer service.
