Provide outpatient physical therapy: assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, lifting/transfers, monitor vitals, document evaluations and progress, and educate patients/families to support recovery from musculoskeletal and other conditions.

Perform respiratory therapy procedures using imaging modalities while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes. Work night 3x12-hour shifts. Required: RRT credential, state license, ACLS, BLS, flu vaccine, one year clinical experience, and one year EPIC experience. LTAC experience preferred.

Perform diagnostic CT imaging using GE and Siemens FORCE scanners; prepare patients, operate equipment, ensure radiation safety, chart in EPIC, and produce high-quality CT studies (abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, MSK, brain perfusion, CTAs, MPR) in inpatient/ER/ICU trauma settings.
