Leads an electrical engineering department by designing building electrical systems, preparing construction documents, performing calculations, estimating costs, ensuring code compliance, reviewing installations, overseeing quality assurance, managing project schedules and budgets, and mentoring engineers. The role also supports contracts, reporting, recruitment, training, and interdisciplinary coordination while using Revit, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.

Serves as the office’s first point of contact while supporting clients, visitors, employees, and project teams. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, ordering supplies, coordinating mail and deliveries, maintaining records, booking travel, and performing filing, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced AEC environment.

Designs and implements HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for commercial construction projects. Creates 2D and 3D designs in Revit and AutoCAD, develops engineering packages and cost estimates, performs HVAC load analyses, inspects construction sites, ensures code compliance, troubleshoots design issues, and provides technical guidance to construction teams.
