Manage day-to-day Warsaw office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendors, invoices, budgets, events, travel coordination, and team experience. The role ensures a well-organized workplace, tracks spending, coordinates office and event suppliers, supports Talent initiatives, and proactively resolves operational issues. Strong organization, communication, budgeting, Excel, English, and Polish skills are required, with 1C, HiBob, and corporate events experience preferred.

Own third-party vendor partnerships across commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, pricing, invoicing, reconciliation, and margin protection. Evaluate and onboard software and service providers, monitor partner performance, resolve financial discrepancies, and improve controls. Collaborate with Legal, Product, Finance, Account Management, and technical teams to support integrations and client pricing. Lead, coach, and develop a team while building scalable partner-management workflows.

Lead GR8 Tech's LATAM business development: build senior client relationships, drive B2B iGaming sales, manage pipeline, represent the company at events, and provide market, product, and regulatory feedback to shape growth.
