Create and process invoices from NetSuite, research contracts and POs, respond to billing questions via phone/email, and coordinate with project coordinators and account managers to ensure accurate, timely billing.

Perform private utility locating and concrete scanning using GPR and related equipment on construction sites. Manage site interactions with clients, collect accurate subsurface data, maintain safety, operate company vehicle and provided equipment, and work flexible schedules including nights/weekends. Complete training and follow testing/background requirements.

Operate ground penetrating radar and related equipment to locate underground utilities and scan concrete. Manage field projects, deliver accurate site data, ensure safety and client communication, travel to construction sites, and perform physically demanding tasks while meeting schedules and quality standards.
