Receive, process, and verify vendor invoices, prepare accounts payable for payment, reconcile daily cash and deposit activity, process wires and ATM/card balancing, track corporate VISA billing, generate management reports, and provide backup on general accounting tasks.

Perform daily validation of BSA/AML systems, prepare and file CTRs and SARs, investigate and document suspicious activity, manage OFAC alerts, conduct transaction reviews, complete regulatory reports, and support department compliance efforts.

Conduct internal audits to assess controls, policy and regulatory compliance, and financial record accuracy; perform branch cash and file maintenance reviews; prepare written audit reports with findings and recommendations; assist the Supervisory Committee and support department members as needed.
