Monitor passenger calls and CCTV, manage station openings/closures and access control, provide passenger information and service updates, coordinate with emergency services, handle intrusion alarms, and supervise field staff during interventions.

Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, installation, commissioning and audits of signalling and communication equipment. Troubleshoot Ethernet and RF systems using test instruments, prepare/receive repaired equipment, document activities, report to maintenance coordinators, support continuous technical training, and act as operator representative when required. Shift work includes nights and periodic on-call weekends.
