Design and implement internal communication strategies, create engaging content, advise managers, support change management, lead and coordinate strategic cross-functional projects, measure communications effectiveness, organize employee events, and improve employee experience through programs and tools.

The Electrician Traction is responsible for maintaining traction systems, performing inspections, supervising work, and communicating with control centers.

Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, installation, commissioning and audits of signalling and communication equipment. Troubleshoot Ethernet and RF systems using test instruments, prepare/receive repaired equipment, document activities, report to maintenance coordinators, support continuous technical training, and act as operator representative when required. Shift work includes nights and periodic on-call weekends.
