Drive new business with major studios, VFX facilities, and media organizations by selling enterprise hardware, infrastructure, and managed services. Own complex six- and seven-figure sales cycles, navigate technical and executive stakeholders, advise clients on infrastructure and production workflows, build strategic partnerships, and represent the company at industry events.

Designs, deploys, supports, and improves infrastructure for studio, post-production, creative, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include administering Windows, macOS, and Linux; troubleshooting networks, storage, servers, endpoints, and applications; managing identity, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and security hardening; documenting environments; and communicating with clients during incidents. The role requires onsite support across Greater Los Angeles and experience managing multiple client environments, preferably in an MSP or media production setting.

Supports production-critical infrastructure across networks, storage, firewalls, identity, and collaboration platforms. Troubleshoots multi-site environments, manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and identity providers, and provides direct client guidance. The role also contributes to infrastructure planning, architecture improvements, and optimization for media and entertainment clients. Regular travel to client locations throughout the Los Angeles area is required.
