Perform fund accounting tasks including treasury reconciliations, cash reporting, journal entries, GAAP financial statement support, capital calls/distributions, investor inquiries, SOC-1 control maintenance, and client deliverable scheduling.

Provide fund accounting and client service support including transaction recording, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, complex waterfall and fee calculations, audit coordination, and mentoring junior accountants.

Prepare and review fund financial statements, record transactions, perform reconciliations, calculate waterfalls, distributions and management fees, coordinate and support external and year-end audits, mentor and review Accountants/Senior Accountants, and manage client relationships and deliverables.
