Provides on-site and remote technical support for warehouse and office users, including Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, handheld devices, accounts, connectivity, and business applications. Resolves tickets and walk-up requests, manages equipment deployment and inventory, supports onboarding and offboarding, escalates issues, follows security procedures, and participates in technology projects and hardware refreshes. The role is fully on-site, may require nonstandard hours, and includes occasional travel.

Investigate orders flagged by automated fraud systems, verify customer and account information, confirm or cancel orders, and resolve chargebacks. Identify fraud trends, communicate findings across departments, enforce Terms of Use, and gather documentation to dispute unsupported claims. Work closely with Member Services to minimize financial losses and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Manages ecommerce partner success across emerging sellers, optimizing assortments, pricing, margins, marketing, onboarding, merchandising, and conversion. Maintains partner communications and CRM records, resolves technical and logistics issues, coordinates cross-functional onboarding and marketing processes, analyzes ecommerce performance data, monitors KPIs and inventory, identifies growth opportunities, and provides reporting and recommendations to partnership leadership.
