The Sales Development Representative at GOVX will support sales by researching verticals, building a pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives for lead generation and partnership development.

Investigate orders flagged by automated fraud systems, verify customer and account information, confirm or cancel orders, and resolve chargebacks. Identify fraud trends, communicate findings across departments, enforce Terms of Use, and gather documentation to dispute unsupported claims. Work closely with Member Services to minimize financial losses and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for partners from contract through cash application. Handle partner billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, AR aging, month-end close support, dispute resolution, and escalate credit or billing risks to the Controller.
