The Information Security Analyst will manage security operations, penetration testing, antivirus and SIEM tools, security assessments, AI-system risk evaluations, business continuity improvements, and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, NIST, and CJIS. The role also delivers security training, evaluates vendors, responds to security questionnaires and RFPs, and partners with IT, engineering, sales, and product teams. U.S. citizenship and FBI fingerprint and background checks are required.

Build and improve production AI systems for public safety applications. Responsibilities include creating automated LLM evaluation pipelines, developing prompt strategies, building evaluation datasets and regression frameworks, analyzing model performance with Python and SQL, designing experiments and A/B tests, creating performance dashboards, investigating failures, and supporting responsible AI practices and safe production deployments.

Provide technical implementation and field engineering to integrate telephony/audio and CAD systems with GovWorx cloud solutions. Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP/SIP/RTP connections, hardware ingest devices, and network issues; work with PSAP/ECC staff and vendors; participate in on-call rotation and occasional site visits (up to 20%).
