Supervise and coordinate contractor personnel supporting a 24/7 bridge and tunnel operation. Responsibilities include staffing, recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, field training coordination, performance monitoring, timesheet and leave processing, safety and incident response, traffic-control oversight, reporting, and client communication. The role requires onsite presence, roadway knowledge, vehicle inspection experience, radio and phone communication, and availability for nights, weekends, and emergency events.

Maintains financial, payroll, billing, invoicing, expense, and project cost records. Verifies timesheets, resolves payroll discrepancies, supports onboarding and personnel documentation, prepares management and compliance reports, and assists with client billing. Provides administrative support by coordinating schedules, correspondence, filing, supplies, inquiries, and project documentation while managing multiple deadlines.

Operate as a ferry deck crewmember supporting safe loading/unloading of vehicles and passengers, line handling, docking, lookout and security patrols, emergency response, vessel cleanliness, and compliance with USCG and VDOT regulations.
