Own the product loop from customer discovery through launch and adoption, write engineering-ready specifications, and manage product priorities. Run engineering planning, release readiness, QA, and customer health metrics. Support technical demos, triage escalations, and prototype fixes, tools, and integrations using AI coding tools. Work closely with the CTO in person in New York City while serving as the technical voice of customers.

Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective government contracting customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn; qualify leads and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives. Build pipeline, meet lead-generation targets, and develop expertise in GovEagle’s AI/LLM product and government contracting industry. The role requires strong communication, initiative, creativity, and collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for GovEagle's AI platform, including lead generation, deal closing, and post-sale customer engagement, aiming to significantly grow revenue.
