Serve as an Information Systems Security Officer responsible for security and compliance of IT application systems. Support Certification & Accreditation activities, prepare System Security Plans, track POA&Ms, conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing, maintain contingency and disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with FISMA/NIST standards while coordinating with ISSM and government stakeholders.

Maintain existing legacy applications and build new enhancements/applications using Oracle SQL, PL-SQL, Java, and Agile methodology. Requires good communication and team skills.

The Java Developer will work on software development using Java, Oracle, and web technologies in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, task estimation, user story creation, and maintaining the existing code base.
