Supports healthcare construction projects by coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, schedules, submittals, RFIs, cost control, document changes, quality reviews, punch lists, and closeout documentation. The role also assists senior leadership, conducts project audits, supports safety management, and provides technology training to new hires.

Provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for construction preconstruction activities, including bidding, estimating, budgeting, document control, subcontractor prequalification, meeting coordination, reporting, and project information management. Works with estimators, project executives, architects, owners, suppliers, and trade partners throughout project pursuit and turnover.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, release management, integrations, data quality, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and IT leaders to align the platform roadmap with business goals, drive adoption and employee experience, evaluate AI capabilities, manage vendors and releases, and ensure reliable enterprise application delivery. Leads and develops the Oracle HCM team while overseeing enhancements, controls, analytics, and data governance.
