Manages planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality, safety, risk, procurement, contracts, change orders, client payments, and closeout for assigned data center construction projects. Coordinates project teams, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, architects, vendors, officials, and internal departments while maintaining profitability, compliance, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.

Assists with managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, billing, quality, safety, risk management, compliance, and documentation. Supports owner and project team relationships, manages project engineers, coordinates permits and closeout activities, and helps maintain project profitability and contract performance.

Supports commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout by reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving document discrepancies, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout records, and maintaining document control. Coordinates with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams; tracks costs, schedules, milestones, and quality outcomes; assists with as-built documentation, quantity takeoffs, inspections, and field operations.
