Part-time seasonal assistant lacrosse coach responsible for training and developing student-athletes, teaching fundamental skills, coordinating practices and game plans, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, mentoring adolescents, and ensuring compliance with school, league, and safety policies. The role averages 10–15 hours weekly from early April through late May and includes occasional Saturday games and local travel.
