Assist General and Assistant Managers to run daily restaurant operations, lead FOH/BOH teams, maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation, manage labor and inventory, train staff, handle cash and scheduling, and ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.

Assist General and Assistant Managers to deliver excellent guest experiences by supervising FOH and BOH staff, managing daily operations (opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, line flow), ensuring food quality, safety and sanitation, training team members, and controlling labor and other cost drivers.

Manage daily restaurant operations and shifts to ensure food quality, safety, and guest experience. Oversee FOH/BOH staff training, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, sanitation, and cost control. Enforce safety and compliance, conduct trainings and meetings, and assist General/Assistant Managers with operational and financial responsibilities.
