Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog). Implement automated unit, integration, and data-quality tests in CI/CD. Ensure production reliability with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and preventative design. Adopt AI tools to accelerate engineering and mentor teammates.

Manage multiple SMB onboarding projects (1–50 seats) from kickoff to go‑live. Serve as primary client contact, lead kickoff and training sessions, perform pre-installation network surveys and basic troubleshooting, coordinate scheduling, document project progress, and ensure timely, high-quality implementations and white-glove support.

Lead and coach a data engineering team, define the Databricks lakehouse architecture, own the data platform roadmap, enforce automated testing, CI/CD, data quality SLAs, monitoring and incident management, and drive responsible adoption of AI to accelerate engineering delivery.
