Leads technical planning and systems integration for government and partner test events. Translates mission needs into communications architectures, network plans, interface requirements, configurations, and validation criteria. Coordinates customers, vendors, Product, Engineering, PMO, and deployment teams while managing dependencies, risks, technical documentation, and readiness. Requires expertise in tactical communications, RF, mesh networking, IP routing, MANET, SATCOM, ATAK/TAK integration, and platform tracking across air, ground, and maritime systems. Significant travel is required.

Leads and mentors a QA SDET team while overseeing testing quality across firmware and software products. Responsibilities include developing automation strategies, defining QA standards, managing risk and evaluation processes, troubleshooting, supporting Agile development, and collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, product, and customer experience teams. The role remains hands-on with test automation and senior-level SDET activities, including mobile, web, and hardware-integrated testing.

Designs and executes integration testing for complex hardware, software, and third-party platforms. Develops test plans and cases, performs field and manual testing, troubleshoots defects, supports root-cause analysis, and collaborates with hardware, software, systems architecture, product, and development teams. The role also contributes to testing process improvements and requires travel.
