Lead goTenna’s growth strategy and execution across the U.S. Air Force. Develop capture plans, influence requirements, navigate funding and acquisition processes, manage strategic accounts, build customer and partner relationships, and drive opportunities from tactical sales through enterprise programs. The role requires deep defense technology sales experience, Air Force acquisition expertise, strategic planning, and extensive relationships across Air Force organizations. Up to 50% travel may be required, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance may be necessary.

Provides technical support, customer training, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and presales assistance for public safety, military, and government customers. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture teams to identify customer needs, advocate for product improvements, support RFPs and demonstrations, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires tactical communications experience, strong technical and communication skills, physical ability to carry 30 pounds, and up to 50% travel.

Lead growth strategy and business development for goTenna’s US Marine Corps market. Identify and capture opportunities, shape customer requirements, navigate acquisition and funding pathways, manage strategic relationships, develop partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Success is measured through revenue, qualified pipeline, funded requirements, acquisition vehicle entry, strategic campaigns, partnerships, proofs of concept, and solicitations. The role is hybrid in Fairfax, Virginia, with travel of up to 50%.
