Supports Dutch TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns by researching and screening creators, building creator relationships, coordinating campaign execution, managing contracts and tasks, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. The role focuses on creator discovery, social commerce, influencer marketing, trend identification, presentations, and campaign support across beauty, food, and other consumer brands.

Leads a team of 8–10 creatives producing high-craft, social-first content and campaigns. Responsibilities include shaping content strategies, identifying social and pop-culture trends, developing creative visions, presenting to clients, securing stakeholder buy-in, mentoring talent, and championing experimental storytelling across tech and lifestyle narratives.

Supports project managers with production coordination, logistics, shoots, client accounts, meeting preparation, budgeting, scheduling, and follow-up reporting. The intern coordinates creators, models, locations, and cross-functional teams while maintaining project flow across multiple concurrent productions. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, full-time availability for six months, university enrollment in the EU, a Dutch BSN, and regular Amsterdam office attendance.
