Lead and grow strategic client units for a global social and digital agency. Define client growth roadmaps, provide consultative guidance, lead commercial and strategic discussions, oversee business reviews and briefings, prepare quotations and Statements of Work, manage escalations, and coordinate internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions. The role requires strong digital marketing expertise, commercial account-growth experience, leadership skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities include setting strategic growth roadmaps, commercial leadership, business reviews, client advisory, quotations and Statements of Work, escalation management, and coordinating internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Support onboarding/offboarding, update HR systems and contracts, schedule interviews, assist with payroll and absence tracking, coordinate team events and perks, and help transition from one HRIS to another during a six-month internship.
